デ・ジ・キャラット

Dejiko is a short girl with short green hair that parts to either side of her face and big dark green eyes. She wears a blue maid outfit, a white hat with cat ears, two large bells as hair ornaments (these signify her status as royalty), a collar bell, and a white cat tail later adorned with a ribbon.

うさだヒカル

Rabi~en~Rose (ラ・ビ・アン・ローズ) is Di Gi Charat's rival and the self-proclaimed "idol of Gamers". Her real name is Hikaru Usada. She is a poor junior high school student and works multiple jobs in dreams of becoming a real idol.

ゲマ

Gema (ゲマ) is Di Gi Charat's guardian. He typically ends his sentences with "gema". He was the main character of the GEMA-GEMA 4koma being modeled directly after Koge-Donbo's persona but was later dissolved as Dejiko’s sidekick.

ピョコラ・アナローグIII世

Piyoko is a short girl with blond hair and blue eyes. She wears a simple black and white dress and an armband bearing the Black Gema Gema Corps' symbol on her left arm. She wears panda ears and a hat with a small panda face design.

クウ・エアハルト

Like the other two of the PKO, Coo has a dog tail. He wears a dog cap. He has short, dirty blonde hair, and reddish-brown eyes.

Besides the standard dog ears, tail, and collar, Rik also wears a tie with his uniform. He has light purple hair, and dark brown/red eyes. He has glasses. He is very tall.

カイ・シュヴァイツァー

Besides the standard dog ears, tail, and collar, Ky also wears a toothbrush and a cup on his uniform. In addition, he wears morning glories in his hair. He wears glasses. His hair is a purplish-blue and his eyes are a purplish-red.
