Marlya Noel

Marlya is a 19 year old with green eyes and auburn hair. She most often wears the main Fairy Regulatory Dorothea uniform. When she is not wearing her uniform, Marlya usually wears a long sleeved blue shirt tucked into black pants with a brown belt. She also carries a sniper rifle on her back at all times.

Veronica Thorn

Veronica is a young beautiful woman with long blond hair and blue eyes. She usually wears a dark long sleeves with uncovered shoulders.

Free Underbar

Free encounter Marlya Noel checking the auction items, while he was working undercover for Gui Carlin. He scolded her and told her to get back on her position, but she was distracted by an animal she saw and then by fairies in a bottle. As they talked, an intruder attacked the auction and started killing people. Free rushed to see the intruder and started fighting it. Seeing the intruder, Veronica, being strong and using her own fairy, he decided to get serious and use his own fairy too. As they fought, Marlya got knocked out by a fairy who entered her, after the fairy bottle broke. Free kept chasing Veronica and their fight moved outside, but then Marlya joined them and entered their fight, using her own fairy. As Veronica escaped, Free introduced himself to Marlya and told her he either will have to arrest her or she to join Dorothea, and Marlya chose the latter.

Klara Kysenaria

Klara was on a mission in Derpe's ruin in former Ledrad. Using her fairy, she saw Free Underbar and Marlya Noel coming. As they came she asked them to keep quiet, so she can focus on her mission, and Serge Tova told them to indeed keep quite as she is scary when angry. As people arrived at the location, using her fairy, Klara realized one of them was a fairy soldier, who looked at her fairy and she realized he noticed them. Free and Marlya went to encounter them, and Serge and Klara remained to continue monitoring. A bit later, Klara was helping Serge aim, giving Free and Marlya a long-range support.

Serge has a fun loving personality in contrast to his partner, Clara. He jokes around a lot and tends to be more laid back compared to the other characters.

His personality is moody and hostile not wanting to know anyone even before the loss of his wife and young child during the war. He only interacted with his fellow soldier's sparingly.

Patricia met with "Sweetie" Bitter Sweet at a cafe. She ordered just fresh water and was annoinyed by the waiter questioning her and commenting she wouldn't drink something that was flavored. Bitter Sweet then told her she will need her "cleaning" service of her and Jonathan Passpierre.

Marco wanted to speak with Dorothea and by the request of Nein Auler, Free Underbar & Marlya Noel went to speak with him. He explained it was about the Black Fairy Tome and also the existence of the other Fairy Tomes. He asked them to go and speak with Cain Distarol from Isharat, in attempt to find out more about the Black Fairy Tome.

Cain was visited by Free Underbar, Marlya Noel and "Sweetie" Bitter Sweet. As they had normal and long conversation, they shifted the talk about fairies and then a fairy controlled by Axel Laboo attacked them in order for Axel to steal the Black Fairy Tome.
