Tetsuya Niwa (丹羽 哲也 Niwa Tetsuya) is the president of the student council in Gakuen Heaven. He excels in almost everything, from academics to sports and extracurricular activities to the extent that he is known as the "King" at the academy. He regularly neglects his duties leaving them to the very last minute. He also has a tendency to call Kaoru Saionji, "Kaoru-chan," which results in the latter hurting him. He has an aversion to cats.

Shunsuke has reddish-brown hair that has bangs hanging over the left side and jade eyes. He wears a pale green hoody underneath his uniform

Kaoru has long flowing pale pink hair that reaches down to his shoulders, with his hair line in the centre of his head, he has his fringe parted showing his forehead. He has light green eyes.

He also wasn't in the original game. He first appeared in the anime adaptation along with his twin brother (Kakeru Ozawa), later on included as a character in the PSP release of the game.
