If it's wearing Dunkelgrau or olive drab, Yukari Akiyama's likely to go nuts over it. She's a grade A-1, card-carrying, certified military geek - collecting, researching, and appreciating anything from the world's armed forces. From the world's most powerful weapons, to the most meagre of MREs, Yukari either knows a thing or two about it - or has it sitting on a shelf on her bedroom wall.

Mako Reizei

Mako Reizei (冷泉 麻子, Reizei Mako) is one of the five main protagonists of Girls und Panzer and is the driver of the Anglerfish Team.

Miho Nishizumi

西住みほ

One of the heirs to the Nishizumi school of armored warfare, Miho was once a student at Kuromorimine Girls' Academy, and served as their Sensha-do team's executive officer under her older sister Maho, and her mother Shiho. Following an accident during a match in which Miho acted to save her personnel, which cost her school the victory, Miho transferred to Ooarai Girls' Academy in her second year.

Hana Isuzu

Hana is a second year student from Ooarai Girls Academy, who comes from a family well known for ikebana, the traditional Japanese art of flower arrangement. In sensha-do, she serves as the gunner of Anglerfish Team's Panzer IV.
