SUPPORTINGToki (トキ, Toki) is the second of the four Hokuto brothers, Toki is a pacifist who seeks to use Hokuto Shinken as a healing art. Toki's self-made technique of Hokuto Ujō Ken (北斗有情拳, "Big Dipper Humane Fist") is adept at both healing and destroying. When using this style, his adversaries experience intense ecstasy before their deaths, instead of horrifying pain. According to Kenshiro, Toki had the most elegant style of the four brothers and was the ideal successor to Hokuto Shinken before his illness.

SUPPORTINGSouther (サウザー, Sauzā) is the main antagonist of the Souther Arc in Hokuto no Ken. He is also responsible for causing chaos among the Nanto Rokusei Ken by manipulating Yuda to join Raoh's empire. He is the self proclaimed Holy Emperor whom had kidnapped children as labor for his mausoleum.

He wears a bizarre helmet to hide his face, and his chest is adorned with the same scars as Kenshiro’s. He has the crazed eyes of a mad dog, and a dangerous, unstable mind to match.

SUPPORTINGFudou of the Mountains (山のフドウ, Yama no Fudō) is a major supporting character and a member of the Nanto Goshasei. Fudou was once feared as a terrible outlaw called "Fudou the Ogre" (悪鬼のフドウ, Akki no Fudō) who saw no meaning in life because he was an orphan, until his meeting with Yuria.

SUPPORTINGOn the day of her wedding, her parents were killed by Jagi and she was kidnapped and sold into slavery. She could not withstand the horrors she had witnessed and rendered herself blind by pouring poison into her eyes. The Fang Clan manage to steal her from her current owner and use her as a leverage against Rei, but she is saved through Rei and Kenshiro's combined efforts. After the Fang King is defeated, Kenshiro cures Airi of her blindness.
