Hina Tsurugi is a first year student at a coastal high school and regards herself as an indoorsy sort of person. Walking along the embankment, she runs into an older schoolmate, Kuroiwa, who invites her to join the “Teibou” club and start fishing! Surrounded by eccentric club members, how will Hina’s high school life turn out?

MAINMakoto is a tall girl with long black hair that she wears loose when at school. When fishing she ties her hair in a ponytail. She wears glasses, that help hiding her face and her shyness (her face is not really revealed). At school she looks like a typical student but when fishing she looks like a sport angler, wearing full gear over her uniform: cap, long boots, safety vest, rod cases on shoulders, etc.
