__Height:__ 171 cm Soushirou is a Vice-Commander of the Defense Force's Third Division. Despite his laid back nature, he is shown to be very powerful, specializing with bladed weapons. Soushirou comes from a family of Kaijuu slayers dating back to the Muromachi Period.

Mina is a very talented member of the Defense Force and an extremely talented marksman. She is the captain of the Defense Force's Third Division. When she was a child, she and [Kafka](https://anilist.co/character/180692/Kafka-Hibino) met each other after a Kaiju attack, swearing that they will both join the Defense Force and fight Kaiju alongside each other.

Gen Narumi is the Captain of the First Division of the Defense Force. He is known to be Japan's strongest anti-kaiju combatant, hence his position. Gen has a rather lazy and child-like personality, obsessing over followers on social media and video games as well as his action figures. He appears informal and rude when confronting other people. Despite this, he is serious about his work, valuing skills above all else, and demanding results from all those serving in his division.

__Height:__ 181 cm Kafka Hibino, also known as Monster #8, is a Defense Force member and a former worker for the Professional Kaiju Cleaning Company "Monster Sweeper Inc.". Kafka's personality is a bit childish and funny, as well as a very determined and dedicated person who loves his comrades dearly. After a kaijuu managed to enter his body, he obtained the ability to turn himself into a humanoid kaijuu.

__Height:__ 157 cm She is the young daughter of Defense Force Director General [Isao Shinomiya](https://anilist.co/character/257340) and a member of the Third Division. After Tachikawa Base was destroyed, Kikoru was transferred to the First Division.

古橋伊春

__Height:__ 177 cm Iharu Furuhashi is a young officer of the Third Division of the Defense Force. ~!After the destruction of Tachikawa Base, he was transferred to the Fourth Division.!~ ~!Back when Iharu was still in middle school, he was saved from a kaiju by [Mina Ashiro](https://anilist.co/character/180693/Mina-Ashiro). __Height:__ 190 cm Isao Shinomiya is the Director General of the Defense Force and Kikoru Shinomiya's father. Isao is a very authoritative and serious man, being also very demanding towards both his subordinates and his daughter. As the Director General of the Defense Force and serving many years in its ranks, Isao is a far-sighted man who gives his orders firmly in sight of future threats. Isao is not above using living kaiju as weapons to empower the Defense Force. Despite is apparent cold and serious behavior, Isao shows a more human side when he remembered Kikoru's words about Kafka Hibino and when he personally informed the latter about his decision towards him, going against his high-ranked colleagues to give Kafka a chance to prove himself to them.

長谷川エイジ

__Height:__ 210 cm __Occupation:__ First Division Vice-Captain Eiji is a professional and formal man who takes his job very seriously, for this reason he often clashes with Captain [Gen Narumi](https://anilist.co/character/241577/Gen-Narumi)'s childish behavior. For his inflexible demeanor on duty and for his usual leadership role in the First Divsion, Eiji is highly respected by anyone both in his own division and in others.
