Theo, still haunted by past trauma, travels with his "imaginary friend'' Pete, and meets Linoa, a girl who smiles innocently even though she has a terrible wound in her heart.

What these two seemingly opposite people have in common is the memory and pain that clings to them no matter how far they run.
