Marianne and the Marquis

When her father dies suddenly, nineteen-year-old Marianne and her family are left in dire straits. Distraught over the idea that she must now marry a haughty aristocrat to help her family, Marianne visits her great-aunt. On the way there, Marianne meets a mysterious gentleman. As soon as he looks at her, she is overwhelmed by a feeling of nostalgia, which confuses her. Marianne leaves without asking his name.
