My Salty Boss is Too Sweet

Things get icy from time to time. 3 months ago, corporate decided to restructure our department, and now our boss is a 30-year-old marvel. He's diligent, can speak multiple languages, he's handsome, and so much more. He's seemingly perfect, but there's just one thing... he can be so harsh that people say he's practically made of salt! When he gives directions on projects, he speaks in short word and lists what's needed. Nothing more, nothing less. People keep their distance, and it feels like he doesn't really fit in around here. However, for some reason, I can't help but have feelings for him... And it seems he wants to be sweet and pamper me?!
