Hairi Takahara 「鷹原 羽依里 Takahara Hairi」 is a young man who is not a native to Torishirojima and he grew up in an urban setting, but after an unpleasant incident, he uses the recent death of his grandmother as an excuse to come to the island to take care of her estate sale. Once there, he gets to know the four heroines who are the focus of the story.

Miki Nomura

野村美希

Miki Nomura 「野村 美希 Nomura Miki」is a girl who lives on the island who is a member of the Torishirojima Public Order Executives, protecting the island's morals daily. She's also in charge of radio broadcasts across the island, and she will keep look out for troublemakers from atop the radio tower. She carries her own customized water gun called the "Hydro Gladiator Kai" in order to mercilessly punish evildoers.

Ao Sorakado

イナリ

Inari 「イナリ」is a wild fox-like creature that lives on Torishirojima. It's often seen together with Ao Sorakado. Despite being an animal, it understands human speech. It's really smart and can read the mood of a situation. Its cry sounds like "Pon."
