O-Parts Hunter

Jio Freed (ジオ・フリード, Jio Furīdo) was an orphan who had a demon inside of him called Satan who caused bad things happen to the people around Jio, making the people of his village hate him. Jio wanted to rule the world because he wanted everyone to know him. His O-Parts is Zero R.

Kirin (キリン, Kirin) is one of the main characters of the manga 666 Satan. He is introduced as a mentor to Jio and Ball, so they can learn the basics to be great O.P.T.'s. Although shrouded much in mystery early on, it is later discovered he is the son of a Cyclopean and OPT, as happened centuries ago with Alucard Spirit. He is also revealed to be the brother of Kujaku.

ルビィ　クレセント

Ruby Crescent (ルビィ・クレセント, Rubii Kuresento) is one of the main characters main character of O-Parts Hunter (aka 666 Satan). Ruby is a young girl who travel the world to find O-Parts and her father. Ruby met Jio Freed on her journey and became friends with him. Her O-Parts is Jade Pendant.

Ball (ボール, Bōru) is a strange kid with dreadlocks who loves round things and joins up with Ruby and Jio after the events in Entotsu City, where he lived with his parents and younger sister. At first, Ball loved to pretend to be an OPT and to show off. He was greatly surprised when Kirin revealed to him that he was indeed a true OPT. He then received his O-Part, called Cool Ball (C rank), and its effect is Magnet (Magnetism). Post time-skip, he wields a new O-part, called Tricky (B rank), which are smaller versions of Cool Ball that seem to resemble marbles. Ball is revealed to have a very good sensitive ear, and is able to distinguish different notes just by hearing them, although he can't play any instruments. He sometimes serves a comedic role in the group, as his occasionally perverted ways get him into trouble.

Zero is a lone wolf who has been banished by other wolves because he is an OPT. He taught Jio all he could of fighting and survival skills. He hates both humans and wolves, but built up a friendship with Jio as they share similar situations - they are both shunned by others of their species.

One of the Four Guardians. He distrusts Kujaku and is aware of Kujaku's ambition to take control of Zenom. He is the Angel No. 5 - Samael, and as a result has the ability to remove collected demons from the dark Kabbalah. His eye seems to have the power to detect recipes and nuclei of both Kabbalah. In battle he appears to have two dual wielding pistols looking weapons which may or may not be O-Parts. On his back, he carries the O-Part 'Twelve Watchers', which emits twelve laser beams that Rock can control.. He showed his true form at the end of chapter 71, and has the nuclei of Samuel removed at the end of chapter 72

Futomomotarou (ふともも太郎, Futomomotarō) is a fat man that uses the Mackerel Sword sword who Jio and friends meet during the Rockbird Arc. After the time skip he is traveling with Jin. He is the "Husband" of the Zenom four guardian Spika and has been shown to have thigh fetish. Spika has a need for attention and Futomomotarou pays attention because she has nice thighs and can create food with her O-part with a simple word. He has also shown to be able to gain animal traits by eating dumplings. He also carries extra top knots for his hair. He joined the Crew after becoming Spika's husband. His O-Part is the Mackerel Sword.

Sect Crescent (ゼクト=クレセント; Zekuto Kuresento) is Ruby's father and a former Stea Republic Army Officer. He has betrayed Stea Republic and become a treasure hunter to track down the Legendary O-Part. Died in official record but is later revealed to be a traitor and commander-in-chief of the Zenom organization. Sect has the nuclei of both Devil No. 5i - Asmodeus and Devil No. 6i - Belphegor within him. He has shown great control of both and is able to release to any percent he wants, but to use both he has to split the percent between them for example in chapter 73 he released Asmodeus at 70% and Belphegor at 30%. He is also able to combine the powers of both for different attacks.
