Omoeba Touku ni Obscura

After a fire in her Tokyo apartment, photographer Aki's life is turned upside down. How is she supposed to go on now? Only her camera remained intact, and so she decides to use the misfortune as a new beginning; she moves to Germany, the country of origin of her camera lens. Strawberry stands, doner kebabs, the Pfand system, summer vacations with bouldering, or the flea market on Boxhagener Platz—her new home Berlin shows itself from its best side. The change of perspective helps color-blind Aki see her life in a new light and ultimately even (maybe?) find herself.
