Kotaro Mitsuki, a 41-year-old manga artist, lives with his 14-year-old daughter. His glory as a serialized artist for a popular magazine is in the past, and he is now struggling to make ends meet with his beloved daughter, Moyu. However, he is a good-natured person that even those around him are amazed at, and he is somehow hard to hate. When he sees someone in trouble, he can't leave them alone, so he helps them, but he ends up always falling into the same trap.
