Altair (アルタイル, Arutairu), also known as Military Uniform Princess, is the primary antagonist of the anime series Re:Creators and the secondary and penultimate creation of Setsuna Shimazaki before her suicide, based on Shirotsumekusa (シロツメクサ) from social game Eternal Wars Megalosphere (悠久大戦メガロスフィア Yūkyū Taisen Megarosufia). Her real name was revealed to be "Altair" and she came from an online music video called Altair: World Étude. An independent existence without a story. She is responsible for bringing the Created into the real world. Her plan is to make the worlds collide by getting the characters she brought into the real world to fight thereby causing the destruction of the rationality of the real world, and to ultimately bring about great destruction and cause everything to return to oblivion.

メテオラ・エスターライヒ

Meteora Österreich (メテオラ・ エスターライヒ) is an NPC from an open world RPG AVALKEN of Reminisce (追憶のアヴァルケン Tsuioku no Avaruken) and the true female protagonist of Re:Creators. She is a librarian of the Kunst Wunderkammer, the Sage of the End of the World, from the Last Tableland in AVALKEN of Reminisce. She uses the Book of a Thousand Miles, which shines light throughout the world, to perform various types of magic. She is an intellectual person who is silent and stoic and speaks in a slow, bland, and dry tone. However, she tries her best to be emotional, such as attempting to make puns to cheer others up, though these puns are extremely bad.

Mamika Kirameki (煌樹 まみか Kirameki Mamika) is a young girl who is the protagonist and heroine of the magical girl anime series Magical Slayer Mamika (マジカルスレイヤー・まみか Majikaru Sureiyā Mamika). She is a magical girl that fights day and night to prevent the power of smiles from falling into Akumarin's hands. She also has friends named Melt and Karin. The person who gave her power is the Fairy of the Land of Eternity, Mirimiri.

Rui Kanoya (鹿屋 瑠偉 Kanoya Rui) is the hero and protagonist from mecha anime Monomagia: The Infinite Over Machine/Infinite Divine Machine Mono Magia (無限神機モノマギア Mugen Shinki Mono Magia). In the year 2124, in the new virtual city Energia Ichihara, the Ione suddenly invaded. He is the pilot of a giant robot that was created to fight against them, the Gigas Machina.

Alicetaria February (アリステリア・フェブラリィ Arisuteria Feburarī). She is a young woman who is a noble's daughter, protagonist, and heroine of the fantasy genre epic manga and anime franchise titled Alicetaria of the Scarlet (緋色のアリステリア Hiiro no Arisuteria), which makes her the princess of the Holy Ulterstein Kingdom. In her world, she fights using the Götz von Berlichingen, passed down through the royal family, in order to save the world from the forces of Unterwelt summoned by the black sorcerer Peeping Eternity.

ブリッツ・トーカー

Blitz Talker (ブリッツ・トーカー Burittsu Tōkā) is a secondary character from cyberpunk hard-boiled genre manga and anime Code・Babylon. He is a middle-aged ex-detective and bounty hunter/mercenary, and the partner of the main character. He works for the Flashlight Detective Office, which specializes in hunting down demi-humans and synthetic monsters. He talks like he thinks he's a tough guy and likes to appear out of the darkness. He uses bullets made for cyborgs, a Gravity Bomb.
