ルビー・ローズ

Ruby Rose is one of the four titular main protagonists of RWBY. She is a Huntress, having been trained at the now defunct Beacon Academy. Her weapon of choice is her High-Caliber Sniper-Scythe known as Crescent Rose, which she designed herself.

ワイス・シュニー

Weiss Schnee is one of the four titular main protagonists of RWBY. She is a Huntress, a former student of the now-defunct Beacon Academy, and former heiress of the Schnee Dust Company. Her weapon of choice is a Multi-Action Dust Rapier (MADR) named Myrtenaster.

ヤン・シャオロン

Yang Xiao Long is one of the four titular main protagonists of RWBY. She is a Huntress, having been trained at the now-defunct Beacon Academy. Her weapons of choice are a pair of Dual Ranged Shot Gauntlets, Ember Celica.

ブレイク・ベラドンナ

Blake Belladonna is one of the four titular main protagonists of RWBY. She is a Huntress, having been trained at the now-defunct Beacon Academy. Her weapon of choice is a Variant Ballistic Chain Scythe (VBCS) named Gambol Shroud.

ピュラ・ニコス

Pyrrha Nikos was a major character in RWBY. She was a student at the now-defunct Beacon Academy and a member of Team JNPR until her passing.

Neopolitan, born Trivia Vanille and now better known as Neo, was a character in RWBY. She was the partner of Roman Torchwick, with the two sharing a close and possible romantic bond. Her weapon of choice was called Hush, a parasol with a concealed blade. She first appeared in "Painting the Town...". After the Fall of Beacon, she hunted down Cinder Fall in revenge for Roman's death, but subsequently joined forces with her, shifting her target to Ruby Rose.

ライ・レン

Ren is a young man with long black hair that ends midway down his back. There is a magenta streak on the left side of his hair. His eyes match the streak in his hair, and his clothing often appears to be influenced by Chinese culture.

ローマン・トーチウィック

Roman Torchwick was a major antagonist in RWBY. Born in the city of Wind Path and abandoned by his mother as a child, Roman became a pickpocket from Mistral in his younger days. After he was caught by members of Spider and was taken under the wing of Lil' Miss Malachite, he became her second-in-command until he started becoming more ambitious than her and defected from the gang to become independent while eventually meeting Neopolitan in the process.

Adam Taurus was a major antagonist in RWBY. Formerly a worker for the Schnee Dust Company, and later the leader of the White Fang's Vale branch, he eventually became the High Leader after murdering the former leader Sienna Khan in a coup, but was ousted after their defeat in "Haven's Fate". After his failure at the Battle of Haven and subsequent expulsion from the White Fang, he began relentlessly chasing his ex partner, Blake Belladonna, only to be overpowered and killed by her and Yang Xiao Long in "Seeing Red". He served as the main antagonist of Volume 6 alongside Caroline Cordovin.

オズピン

Professor Ozpin was the Headmaster of Beacon Academy, and an incarnation of Ozma, the ancient warrior dedicated to protecting the world from Salem. He is the first known incarnation after the King of Vale.
