Phoenix Ikki (鳳凰星座フェニックスの一輝, Fenikkusu no Ikki; Literally meaning "Gleam") is the bronze saint of Phoenix. Although he was introduced later than the other four main Bronze Saints, Ikki's role in the story is quite significant. He serves as the first antagonist in the series that the other Saints must defeat, as well as a powerful ally later in the series.

星矢

Seiya (星矢, Seiya, lit. "Star Arrow") also known as Pegasus Seiya (天馬星座ペガサスの星矢, Pegasasu no Seiya, lit. "Seiya of the Pegasus Constellation") is the title character and main protagonist of the Saint Seiya manga and anime series written and illustrated by Masami Kurumada. Seiya is one of eighty-eight mythical warriors known as the Saints, who serve the Goddess of War Athena throughout the ages, protecting justice and peace on Earth.

瞬

Andromeda Shun (アンドロメダ星座アンドロメダの瞬, Andoromeda no Shun), also known as Shun, literally meaning 'twinkle, instant', is one of the Bronze Saints. He is arguably one of the strongest in the series, although his gentle disposition and kind nature tend to prevent him from using his true power, unless he is forced to do so.

Athena reincarnates once every 200 years to prevent evil from dominating the world. She is the symbol of justice for all Saints. She appeared at the foot of her statue in her temple at her birth. In the manga, Saori is always aware that she is the reincarnation of Athena. However, in the anime, she eventually discovers her true identity after fighting alongside the steel knights.

星華

Seika (星華, Seika) is Seiya's older sister, whom he has not seen in years. After he was taken away, she wandered the world looking for him. It has long been implied that Marin (Seiya's mentor) could have in fact been Seika, and some characters, including Seiya, thought it could be true (Marin and Seika even have the same physical characteristics: same age, same birthdate, same height, same birth place). Marin even has a brother she lost and was looking for. But Seika appeared as an independent character in the Hades chapter, completely amnesiac. Marin finds Seika and brought her along.

ケール

Ker (ケ ー ル , Kēru) was a Goddess servant of Hades as well as the younger sister to Hypnos and Thanatos. She presided over destinies. She has acted covertly since mythological times and is the responsible for causing countless calamities wherever she cast her misfortune. She was the real architect behind the evil that befell Gemini Saga which almost culminated in the defeat of Athena and her army in the Holy Wars of the 20th century.
