Teoritta (テオリッタ, Teoritta) is the deuteragonist of the fantasy action series Sentenced to Be a Hero and the thirteenth activated of the Goddesses. Following the theft of the coffin in which she was asleep, she forms a pact with a reluctant Xylo Forbartz.

Former Captain of the Federated Kingdom's Fifth Order of the Holy Knights and the now de facto leader of Penal Hero Unit 9004. He was sentenced to being a hero for the crime of killing the goddess Senerva.

An ex-assassin raised by the Gwen Mohsa who would often grow fond of his targets and become unable to kill them. He would instead find someone else, grind up their corpse, and pretend they were his target. Extremely skilled in almost anything, particularly at sniping thanks to his superhuman eyesight.

The most diabolic sneak thief in history, with over one thousand reported thefts. A troublemaker with a timid personality who constantly tries to steal things on impulse and has the skills to pull it off, no matter the target.

Rhyno

ライノー

As a volunteer hero, Rhyno is regarded as weird and annoying. He calls all of the penal heroes his comrades, and is the happiest to go on missions. However, he frequently disobeys orders, usually disappearing after an assignment. Because of that, he's often in solitary confinement, and Venetim has to bail him out. Despite his strange behaviour, he is an outstanding artilleryman.
