Souma Yukihira

Sōma Yukihira (幸 (ゆき) 平 (ひら) 創 (そう) 真 (ま) , Yukihira Sōma) is the main protagonist of Shokugeki no Soma . He is the son of Jōichirō Yukihira and Tamako Yukihira, the proud owners of Restaurant Yukihira. He is a 92nd Tōtsuki Generation alumnus and a former resident of Polar Star Dormitory. He is also a previous 1st seat of the Elite Ten Council.

Suguru Kinniku

キン肉スグル

Suguru Kinniku (キン肉(にく)スグル, Suguru Kinniku), or better known as Kinnikuman (キン肉(にく)マン), is the prince, and later king, of Planet Kinniku. He's the two-time winner of the Chojin Olympics and the father of Mantaro Kinniku.

Bibimba Kinniku

Bibimba is a popular female character.She serves as a firm supporter of Kinnikuman, as well as part of an initial love-triangle with Mari Nikaido in the manga, and later she becomes wife to Kinnikuman and mother to Mantaro. In the manga, she ages into a strict and firm mother, but this is later retconned and her image and personality become more similar to her anime (Kinnikuman Nisei) counterpart. In the anime, she was always depicted as a loving and gentle mother.

Erina Nakiri

薙切えりな

Erina has purple-pinkish eyes and long, honey-blonde hair that flows just above her lower back. Her side bangs partially cross her cheeks and go down all the way to her neck. She is considered by most of the students in Tōtsuki to be extremely beautiful. According to her fans and followers, this trait coincides with her status. During her second year, her hair became longer and wilder. As a third year, she changed her hairstyle while also having cut it, reaching only up to her chin. Erina bears a striking resemblance to her mother Mana Nakiri except there are a few differences between them:

Megumi Tadokoro

田所恵

Megumi Tadokoro (田 (た) 所 (どころ) 恵 (めぐみ) , Tadokoro Megumi) is a 92nd Tōtsuki Generation alumna, a Polar Star Dormitory resident, and one of the heroines in Shokugeki no Soma. She is also the 10th seat of the Elite Ten Council.

Alexandria Meat

アレキサンドリア・ミート

Meat is of Planet Kinniku's Churrasco Clan whom was entrusted by his father Mince to King Kinniku Mayumi of the Kinniku tribe for the greater good of the planet. Meat then is sent to Earth to retrieve the long lost prince Suguru Kinniku (Kinnikuman, known as Suguru Muscle in Ultimate Muscle). He serves as Kinnikuman's eyes and personal assistant. In the early days he and Kinnikuman frequently quarrel with one another, usually because of Kinnikuman cowardice and/or laziness. They would also often fight over Mari Nikaido's affection.
