The sequel to "Babel II" set a few years after Yomi's defeat.

This time Babel's enemies are the US military and the CIA, who are interested in using Babel's power for their own nefarious purposes after Babel had given them a sample of his own blood to use for charitable purposes.

Not only will Babel be forced to fight against adversaries endowed with his own powers, but he will also not be able to count on the help of his trusted companions, imprisoned in a place where not even his brainwaves can reach them.

A true ending to Babel II, completely ignoring Part 4 of the original manga.
