Yukina Himeragi (姫柊 雪菜(ひめらぎ ゆきな), Himeragi Yukina) is one of the main female characters from the Strike the Blood series.

暁古城

Kojou Akatsuki (暁 古城(あかつき こじょう), Akatsuki Kojō) is the male protagonist of the story. He is the older brother of Nagisa Akatsuki and the childhood friend of Yuuma Tokoyogi. Although he appears to be a normal high school student studying in Saikai Academy, he is actually the fourth primogenitor; the strongest vampire in existence, an immortal demon thought only to exist in legends. He became a vampire and the fourth primogenitor only three months before the beginning of the story. For much of the story, he cannot remember how he became a vampire and gets an intense headache when he attempts to. Yukina Himeragi is sent from the Lion King Organization to observe him and to eliminate him if he is deemed dangerous.

藍羽浅葱

She is a high school student attending Saikai Academy, where she is classmates with Kojou Akatsuki, Motoki Yaze, and Rin Tsukishima. Outside of school, she works part-time as a programmer at Gigafloat Management Corporation.

南宮那月

Natsuki Minamiya (南宮 那月, Minamiya Natsuki) is an English teacher at Saikai Academy and she is one of few people who knows that Kojou Akatsuki is the Fourth Primogenitor. Outside of school, she is a high ranking attack mage and is referred to as "Witch of the Void".

アスタルテ

Astarte (アスタルテ, Asutarute) was a homunculus servant of Rudolf Eustach until Kojou and Yukina defeated her. Since then she has been sentenced to 3 years probation and is currently entrusted to Natsuki, who made her her maid.

暁凪沙

Nagisa Akatsuki (暁 凪沙(あかつき なぎさ), Akatsuki Nagisa) is the daughter of Gajou Akatsuki and Mimori Akatsuki, the younger sister of Kojou Akatsuki and a childhood friend of Yuuma Tokoyogi who attends Saikai Academy where she is good friends with Yukina Himeragi and Kanon Kanase, who are all in the same Class 3-C.

矢瀬基樹

Motoki Yaze (矢瀬 基樹(やぜ もとき), Yaze Motoki) is a Deva Descendant Human who is a member of the Yaze Clan; being the youngest son of Akishige Yaze and the younger half-brother of Kazuma Yaze whilst the adoptive brother of Yume Eguchi. He was ordered by Kazuma to observe the Fourth Primogenitor, Kojou Akatsuki. He is also the childhood friend of Asagi Aiba and eventually the best friend of Kojou as well as their classmate at Saikai Academy. He knows that Kojou is the Fourth Primogenitor as he is a member of the Lion King Organization and is employed to be the real observer of Kojou rather than Yukina Himeragi.

笹崎岬

Misaki Sasasaki (笹崎 岬(さささき みさき), Sasasaki Misaki) was the physical education teacher for the middle school and Yukina’s and Nagisa’s former homeroom teacher. She was a younger classmate of Natsuki Minamiya during their school days, and it appeared that she was a Federal Attack Mage in a similar fashion.

ルードルフ・オイスタッハ

Rudolf Eustach (ルードルフ・オイスタッハ, Rūdorufu Oisutahha) is a combat deacon from Lotharingia. He came to Itogami Island to retrieve the right arm of a dead saint from the West European Church.
