Tamako Kitashirakawa

北白川たまこ

Tamako has black hair with blue tones that she always keeps in two pony-tails, kept together with white bands at the height of her ears. The ponytails fall over her shoulders. She often has a few strands of hair springing from her head. She has sapphire-blue eyes and is often seen with a gentle smile and a slight blush. She also has a mole on her left side of her neck, the same as her late mother.

Mochizou Ooji

Kanna Makino

Kanna has short, fluffy, ginger-colored hair that has one of the bangs kept together with a pink candy pin, light brown eyes and she is the short one out of the three friends. She is much smaller and petite than Tamako Kitashirakawa and Midori Tokiwa (Kanna's friends), barely standing at five feet tall, which gives her a childish appearance to one would not expect to be a high schooler and she is usually seen with a modest expression on her face.

Dera Mochimazzi

デラ・モチマッヅィ

Dera is a bird. Though fairly slim in the beginning of the series, Dera has grown to a size that is now considered fat. He is about half the size of Tamako, which would be considered around 82cm, 2'2". Although being technically a bird, his body is basically one rounded shape, resembling an egg.

Midori Tokiwa

Midori is a bit taller than her friends, Tamako and Kanna. She displays traits of maturity. Midori has blonde hair, trimmed just slightly past her chin. Her bangs and fringe frame her face. She has olive-green eyes. In the right side of her hair, she wears a dark green hair barrette.

Anko Kitashirakawa

Anko is a little girl with waist-long black hair. She has one ponytail on the right side of her head, kept in place by a small red bauble. Anko has fox-like brown eyes.

Hinako Kitashirakawa

北白川ひなこ

Hinako had chin-length black hair with small bangs hanging above her eyebrows. She had blue eyes and a mole on her neck that is similar to her daughter's, whom she greatly resembled.

Fuku Kitashirakawa

Fuku takes up the appearance of an elderly, but capable man. He has a wise semblance surrounding him, with noticeable wrinkles on his face from age. His hair is grey, and swept back, revealing his forehead.

Chouji Yumoto

湯本長治

Chouji appears to be a man past his mid-fifties. His skin is relatively tanned, and his hair is grey. He has brown eyes, and a slight mustache above his mouth. He is occasionally seen in a green turtleneck sweater, but primarily wears a brown outer wear commonly seen in bathhouses, green sneakers, and glasses.

Tadashi Yagi

Tadashi is a fairly young spectacle teacher with dark brown hair, noticeably dark eyebrows, and brown eyes of a slightly lighter shade of his hair.
