Terakomari Gandesblood (テラコマリ・ガンデスブラッド Terakomari Gandesuburaddo) or Komari for short, is the main protagonist in The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess. A vampire from the noble Gandesblood house who dropped out of school following excessive bullying, her shut-in lifestyle abruptly ends when she is suddenly appointed Crimson Lord Commander of the Mulnite Imperial Army's 7th unit.

Karen is the Empress and supreme commander of the Seven Crimson Lords. She is a dearest friend of Yurin Gandesblood (Komari's mother). Learning of Terakomari's powers after she (accidentally) destroyed her school due to Millicent Bluenight, Karen appointed Komari to become a member of the Seven Crimson Lords.

Arman has short, neatly styled blonde hair and a trimmed goatee. He has purple eyes. He wears a formal black military-style jacket with gold trim and buttons, creating a striking contrast.
