Chifuyu Matsuno (松 (まつ) 野 (の) 千 (ち) 冬 (ふゆ) , Matsuno Chifuyu) is the First Division Vice-Captain (壱番隊 副隊長, Ichiban-tai Fuku Taichō) of the Tokyo Manji Gang. In an alternate timeline, Chifuyu is the Vice-Leader (副総長, Fuku Sōchō) of the Second Generation Tokyo Manji Gang.

Mitsuya is a young man with downturned lavender eyes, short silver-lilac hair, and a muscular body. He has a concealed dragon tattoo identical to Ken Ryuguji's on his right temple and a black huggie earring in a cross design on his left ear. When not on gang duty, he wears a variety of casual outfits or the mandatory school uniform. When he was a member of Tokyo Manji Gang, Mitsuya was most often seen wearing its uniform with the white sash.

Nahoya Kawata

Smiley is of short stature and small build with fair skin and a light tan. He has voluminous curly peach-colored hair, a wide grin that masks his eyes, and silver double piercings on his left ear. Smiley is most often seen wearing the traditional Tokyo Manji Gang uniform but regularly matches outfits with his brother when he is not tending to gang duties. In the Valhalla timeline, Smiley has wavy shoulder-length hair and wears a predominantly white suit over a black dress shirt with a pair of dark loafers. Even as an adult, he retains his renowned grin.
