One day, an industry rep who has taken notice of Ren's exceptional performance pays Ren a visit. His mission? Recruit Ren to enroll at Hakugo Academy under the newly established e-sports department. There, Ren meets several other students, including Mashiro Kanzaki, a novice gamer struggling to find his way in life.
