Osaka-born Koume has admired standard-speaking boys since she was a child, and dreamed of a love story in which a standard-speaking boyfriend confesses his love to her in standard Japanese. Realizing that she will never meet the ideal boy in her hometown, Koume finally decides to move to Tokyo upon graduating from high school!
