Sakuraka Academy. Aya Minami, a transfer student, becomes best friends with Miko Nakagawa, who sits next to her. One day after school, Miko told Aya she had plans to meet someone, parted ways with her, and disappeared. The next morning, her body was found in an old well behind the old school building. That day, Miko had been summoned by Kozuki—the head of the drama club and the principal’s daughter—to discuss her appearance in the cultural festival play, but she never showed up at the drama club, and it remained unclear who she had last met with. Since then, a series of strange incidents have occurred, such as drama club members seeing Miko’s ghost and Miko’s hair becoming entangled in a photo of her that Aya possesses.

Then, one rainy day, while the drama club was rehearsing their play, a poltergeist phenomenon occurred, and club member Chinatsu Tachibana was wrapped in a curtain and suffered serious injuries. Meanwhile, Aya’s homeroom teacher, Maki, having heard rumors of a ghost haunting the school, began investigating the school’s past.
