Belno Light

Belno Light is introduced as a student who enrolls at Kasamatsu Tracen Academy, the same year as Oguri Cap. Shy, she makes an effort to befriend Oguri. She's not a talented runner, but when Oguri is scouted by the trainer Jou Kitahara, Oguri and Kitahara both encourage her to join his team, as well.
