Billy Banx Jr.

Billy Banx Jr. (ビリー・バンクス Jr. (ジュニア), Birī Bankusu Junia) is a member of the Pipers of Wing Bind and Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole's commanding officer. He was briefly a member of the Sabres until he was demoted for laziness.
