ニニー・スパンコール

Ninny Spangcole (ニニー・スパンコール, Ninī Supankōru) is a Witch working for Wing Bind in Reverse London. She is the partner of Noel Niihashi. Ninny is also a singer in the band Cecile Die Twice (セシルは２度死ぬセシル・ダイ・トゥワイス, Seshiru Dai Tuwaisu), having performed alongside Macy Baljure.

バルゴ・パークス

Balgo Ywain Parks (バルゴ・パークス, Barugo Pākusu) is a Human who became a Dragonclad (ドラゴン憑き, Doragon-tsuki) after living with Shelby for 10 years and being bitten by him. He is currently looked after by Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole.

ブルーノ・バングナイフ

Bruno is a young man with black, spiky hair that is close-shaven on either side of his head and has a single bang falling down on his forehead, as well as two blue streaks running upward at the front. He has thin and sharp eyebrows that curve upward toward his temples and level out past the top of his ears, light-colored eyes, and a pronounced jawline. He wears a blue jacket with a furred collar over a dark shirt emblazoned with an animal skull, as well as a pair of black fingerless gloves with a backwards-pointing metal spike attached to a ring on each finger and thumb, gray pants with a sweater tied around his waist, and black sneakers inscribed with an X on the tongues. He also keeps a blue mask tied around his left elbow; this mask is decorated with the visage of a the lower half of a skeleton's face with a filter on either cheek, and when worn, the jaws move in accordance with Bruno's own mouth movements.

オスシ

In his Dark Dragon form, Osushi is a large, black dragon with a light underbelly, four thick legs and two enormous wings. He is heavily scaled and possesses many sharp teeth.

Billy Banx Jr. (ビリー・バンクス Jr. (ジュニア), Birī Bankusu Junia) is a member of the Pipers of Wing Bind and Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole's commanding officer. He was briefly a member of the Sabres until he was demoted for laziness.

Macy Baljure (メイシー・バルジャー, Meishī Barujā) is a former lead singer of the band Cecile Die Twice (セシルは２度死ぬセシル・ダイ・トゥワイス, Seshiru Dai Tuwaisu), having performed alongside Ninny Spangcole. She is also a Watcher and a Dragonclad.
