Fred Luo

Fred Luo (フレッド・ロー, Fureddo Rō) is a weapons merchant and the son and heir of a rich corporation. A close friend of Gene Starwind and Jim Hawking, Fred often supplies them with odd job opportunities and weapons for the Outlaw Star.
