Fukushocho

Fukushocho is Deputy chief of the Machiyama Police Station. He is a former riot police officer with a skin head and beard. He is a fierce judo player, and takes on the role of instructor in training sessions such as arrest techniques. He also has an unexpected side: he loves Takarazuka. He often thunders at his subordinates who don't follow his orders, but he warmly watches over them as they grow up.
