Gentoku Ryuubi

Ryuubi Gentoku is the leader of Seito Private School. She appears to be an unskilled Toushi in most respects, with poor fighting ability, and she is not particularly intelligent; she often shows little care for—or perhaps little understanding of—her role as a leader, although she remains generally popular among the other Toushi.
