As an armor-type monster, he is a hollow suit of armor. However, after he obtained the Materialization skill, he's become capable of materializing a body. Even so, he never takes his armor off, and there is no mention of anyone seeing his face, which means that he somehow drinks and eats through the bars of his helmet. He loves drinking (he has been described as downing fire spirits).
