Inukashi

Inukashi is a major character in the No.6 series. They live in a hotel located in the West Block and manage a business renting rooms and loaning dogs for warmth. Inukashi has a deep connection with the dogs around them, where they were raised by them. They are familiar with Nezumi who they certainly do not get along well with. Inukashi also finds Shion brought to them one day, whose demeanor they find bewildering. Inukashi is not referred to with any form of third person pronouns in the original Japanese or the English manga translation, so most English speakers opt to use "they/them" for Inukashi.
