Jim Hawking

James "Jim" Hawking (ジム･ホーキング, Jimu Hōkingu) is an eleven-year-old outlaw and the business partner of Gene Starwind. The co-owner of Starwind and Hawking Enterprises, Jim acts as the "brains" to Gene's "brawn" in harried situations and is a constant voice of reason.
