Kousuke Oura

Kousuke Oura is the vice principal of Tokisadame Highschool. He is also known as Kyoutou-sensei. He is a calm man who takes things seriously, but he hides his negativity about his uneventful and lonesome life. He isn't too friendly, and can be rather sneaky in making the Principal uncomfortable with pranks. It is a running gag that the principal is paranoid that he will take his job.
