Koutarou Ishigaki

Koutarou Ishigaki is a second-year student at Meiso University and a member of the Meiso University Bicycle Racing Club. During his high school, he was a member of the Kyoto Fushimi High Bicycle Racing Club and served as one of its regular members during his second year, eventually becoming its captain during the main storyline's first year.
