Nessa

Nessa is a doppel Clain found while trying to analyze the pendant Phryne left him. Nessa is definitely no ordinary avatar. She looks like a real girl of about ten years old, she can be touched by people she likes, and she can even affect electronics and inanimate objects at will. She’s very fond and protective of Clain, but her curiosity often gets him into trouble. (from official press release) She is voiced by Kana Hanazawa in Japanese and Luci Christian in the English dub.
