Ninny Spangcole

Ninny Spangcole (ニニー・スパンコール, Ninī Supankōru) is a Witch working for Wing Bind in Reverse London. She is the partner of Noel Niihashi. Ninny is also a singer in the band Cecile Die Twice (セシルは２度死ぬセシル・ダイ・トゥワイス, Seshiru Dai Tuwaisu), having performed alongside Macy Baljure.
