Rin Okumura

Rin Okumura (奥村 燐, Okumura Rin) is the main protagonist of the Blue Exorcist series. He is the son of Yuri Egin and Satan, the adoptive son of Shiro Fujimoto, and the elder twin brother of Yukio Okumura. When RIn was fifteen, he discovered that he and his brother were part demon, leading to Satan attacking his childhood home and possess Shiro to take Rin back to Gehenna with him. Despite being able to push Satan back, Rin was forced to awaken his powers and lost Shiro in the battle. Now aware of his heritage and armed with new demonic powers, Rin enrolled at True Cross Academy under Mephisto Pheles, desiring to become a Knight and kill his biological father.
