Ryuga

Ryuga (リュウガ, Ryūga) is the main antagonist during the Ryuga arc and lieutenant of Raoh's empire. He helped consolidated Raoh empire during his master's recovery from his fight with Kenshiro. He sought to fight Kenshiro to test which of the Hokuto brothers would restore order to the wasteland.
