Shoukichi Naruko

Shoukichi Naruko is a third-year student at Sohoku High School and a member of the Sohoku High Bicycle Racing Club. He is a sprinter cyclist from Osaka, known as "Naniwa's Speed Man" or "Speedster of Naniwa".
