Shuto Katsuragi

Shuto Katsuragi (葛城 首藤, Katsuragi Shutō) was an aspiring hero who one day went through certain events that made him accidentally join the "evil" organization Jackal and become the "villain" Ratman. Shuto is the son of Nozomi Katsuragi and Atsuto Katsuragi and the older brother of twin sisters Ana Katsuragi and Yuna Katsuragi.
