Tania

Tania (タニア, Tania) is a red dragon, she is a member of Dragon Tribe and was traveling the world challenging worthy fighters until Rein and Kanade defeated her. After befriending them, she joins the party, making her his second contractual. She's one of the main heroines of Beast Tamer series.
