Tetsuo Tosu

Tetsuo is a skinny middle aged man of average height. For most of Part 1 of the series, He often wears business suits and a fedora used to cover an injury given to him by Kyoichi in Episode 3 of the Anime. During the early parts of Part 2 in the manga, he wears the same outfits, but no longer wears his fedora. During the rest of Part 2, Tetsuo sports a large straw hat, a dress shirt, and rubber boots. During Part 3, he has returned to his normal attire of business suits, and during the later half, he wears a Polo shirt and there is a bit of greying in his hair due to stress and aging.
