Totomaru Isshiki

Totomaru Isshiki (一色都々丸いしきととまる, Isshiki Totomaru), frequently shortened to Toto (トト, Toto), is a police detective of the Metropolitan Police Department. He is currently helping Ron Kamonohashi investigate cases by pretending to be the one who solves them.
