Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective

Ron Kamonohashi (鴨乃橋かものはしロン, Kamonohashi Ron) is a talented detective and the student with the highest grades in BLUE's history. As his detective license was revoked after an incident five years ago, he has partnered up with Totomaru Isshiki to still be able to solve cases.

一色都々丸

Totomaru Isshiki (一色都々丸いしきととまる, Isshiki Totomaru), frequently shortened to Toto (トト, Toto), is a police detective of the Metropolitan Police Department. He is currently helping Ron Kamonohashi investigate cases by pretending to be the one who solves them.

卯咲もふ

Dr. Mofu Usaki (卯咲 もふ, Usaki Mofu) is the world's top neurosurgeon. She does surgeries on a microscopic scale and performs at least 800 surgeries a year. Mofu also stars in the liveshow "Lie or Truth? ESP!!"

シュピッツ・ファイア

Spitz has short lavender hair and either matching violet or blue eyes. His hair is parted to the side; two streaks in the front are slightly longer than the rest. When Spitz was a teenager, he had shorter hair.

Amamiya (雨宮あまみや, Amamiya) is the head of the Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division and Totomaru Isshiki's superior.

マイロ・モリアーティ

Mylo is a calm and collected individual. He is not shown any over the top or senseless emotion in the anime, his display of charisma and looks makes the other person talking to him flattered. Otherwise, he is a very cold calculating methodical person. Every act he commits against Ron to shatter his believe is behind with a reason. He patiently and silently observes the ongoings around him, seen wearing a smile which makes the other person trust him, and becoming his puppet for his needs.

ウィンター・モリアーティ

Winter has gray-blond hair with darker tips and light gray eyes. Their hair is parted to the side, with the left side being longer than the right one. A bit of their hair on the back is shaven.

He most often wears a white turtleneck sweater, beige-colored pants, and a long, brown coat. Grizzly owns that ensemble in reverse colors too: a brown sweater with a beige coat.

Dr. Hirsch (ヒルシュ, Hirushu) is the anatomy instructor at BLUE, known as "Second-Hand Killer Hirsch" because he does not hesitate to dissect corpses with his scalpel.
