Touichirou Izumida

Touichirou Izumida is a first year student at Tukushiba University and a member of the Tukushiba University Bicycle Racing Club. During his high school he was a member of the Hakone Academy Bicycle Racing Club and served as its captain and ace sprinter during the main storyline's second year.
