Tsubaki Yomatsuri

Tsubaki Yomatsuri (夜祭 ツバキ, Yomatsuri Tsubaki, Tsubaki Yomatsuri) is the head of the Tenkaido. She is Akari's mother and Tsutomu's ex-wife.
